The mother/daughter team of Beverly Smith and Susan Smith purchased this 1950's cottage colony/motel in October of 2002. They continue to refurbish, restore, and honor the original charm and grace of this heritage property. Using vintage fabrics braided and hooked wool rugs, table linens, and furniture with character to create the rustic interiors found in a New Hampshire lakeside home of yesteryear. The grounds are landscaped with vintage stone walls and seasonal gardens, as well as a large cedar playground, shuffle board court and an outside campfire area with lake view.
